Virginia Landry to Speak at NCDD, 2016 Summer Session

At the Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry, Inc., we are proud to announce that our very own, Attorney Virginia L. Landry will be a featured speaker at the National College for DUI Defense Summer Session 2016.

The four-day long seminar will take place in Cambridge, Massachusetts at Austin Hall, at the Harvard School of Law, one of the world's preeminent centers for legal education. The seminar will be held on July 20 through July 23, 2016.

Attorney Landry’s presentation entitled, “Just Say NO to Losing Your Client’s Professional License” aims to educate fellow attorneys on how to protect their clients’ professional licenses while they are the target of a pre-file investigation or while facing criminal charges. The types of clients this presentation aims to protect, include but are not limited to:

  • Pilots
  • Dentists
  • Financial professionals (insurance broker, real estate broker, salesperson)
  • Attorneys
  • Healthcare professionals (Medical Board, Board of Registered Nursing)
  • Real estate professionals
  • Pharmaceutical sales professionals, and
  • Professionals holding occupational licenses, such as auto dealer, family daycare, and residential care facilities.

In addition to the above professional categories, Attorney Landry will provide essential advice on protecting other professionals in the face of a criminal investigation or criminal charges, such as teachers, military personnel, daycare providers, bail bond agents, law enforcement personnel, and private investigators to name a few.
