Hollywood Heir Brandon Davis Busted for DUI

Early Friday morning (Oct. 2), Hollywood heir Brandon Davis destroyed his Mercedes Benz in a serious single vehicle accident in Los Angeles. The accident occurred following a dinner with Mike Comrie in Beverly Hills Thursday evening.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the accident was so bad that the Mercedes flipped several times. A spokesman from the LAPD told ET that Davis was very responsive at the scene of the crash.

The oil heir, who is also Hillary Duff’s ex-husband was seen drinking wine at the sushi restaurant Matsuhisa earlier in the evening, US Weekly reported.

Davis, famously known for his close relationship with Paris Hilton, was driving through one of the canyons in Los Angeles when he smashed into an object so hard, that the right front of his Mercedes sedan was torn off.

Davis did sustain injuries in the accident, and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance. According to law enforcement, he suffered a cracked vertebrae in the wreck.

As Davis was receiving treatment at the hospital, the police arrested him for driving under the influence (DUI).

Brandon Davis is the grandson of oil and Hollywood tycoon Marvin Davis. This was not Davis’ first brush with the law. Back in 2011 he was booked for cocaine possession and battery. In that case, he pleaded guilty and was ordered to complete a drug diversion program.
