Matthew Fox Arrested for DUI in Oregon

One former star has been getting into trouble with the law over the past several months. This is the second time within a year that Matthew Fox, star of "Lost", has found himself in police custody. Last week Fox, 45, was detained in the state of Oregon for suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). There are few details being released about the incident, but there is believed to have been someone in the vehicle with him at the time of the arrest. Fox was released later that night.

The actor was accused of assault last August by a female bus driver. Fox was never actually charged with anything and has since filed a lawsuit against the woman for falsely claiming that he attacked her. The lawsuit claims that as a result of her assault accusation, he suffered "public hatred, contempt, ridicule and shame." Since his popular TV show went off the air, Fox has been working on a new movie, "I, Alexander." Were you recently arrested for DUI in Southern California?
