Jenna Jameson is well-known in the world of adult film, but she has recently become a familiar face in an Orange County courthouse where she plead not guilty to a DUI. The adult-film actress and recently published author was taken into custody on May 25th by Westminster police when she slammed into a light pole in her Range Rover. The 38-year-old was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, having a BAC over the legal limit, and driving on a suspended license, She suffered minor injuries in the collision, but was not taken to the hospital.
She is due back in court on August 13th for sentencing. Despite a BAC to prove her condition, she says that she was not drinking when driving home on that night in May. If she is discovered to be guilty of her crime, then Jameson may be sent to jail for up to six months and be forced to pay up to $1,000 in fines. She may be given probation instead, if she abides by all statues issued by the law.
