DUI Suspect Pulled Over for Violating Traffic Rules

Last Tuesday afternoon, a 46-year-old-male was pulled over by officers in Moreno Valley after they saw him violate several traffic laws. Once the man submitted to the standard field sobriety tests, officers determined that the suspect was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. He was booked on suspicion of DUI and taken to a local jail.

Unfortunately, this isn't the suspect's first scrape with the law, as he is best known for the assault he experienced at the hands of several police officers. The assault was captured on tape by a bystander, helping to convict two officers of multiple civil rights violations. The attack itself was brutal and left him with brain damage and multiple skull fractures. As a result of the beating, angry supporters rioted for several days in California.

If you have been pulled over for suspicion of DUI and later arrested, it is important that you consult with an Orange County DUI lawyer who can inform you of your legal options. Contact the Law Offices of Virginia L. Landry now to get legal assistance for your DUI case.
