Drunk Woman Drives Vehicle into Canal

One woman in Mesa, Arizona is lucky to not have sustained more serious injuries after driving her vehicle into a canal last weekend. According to the police report, someone called 911 when they saw a car drive into the canal. When officers arrived on the scene, they found the woman standing on the roadway and clearly intoxicated.

Their suspicions were confirmed when she failed several field sobriety tests. Luckily, there were no other occupants in the vehicle at the time of her DUI accident.

When you are arrested for driving under the influence, you may think that you can get reduced penalties for your first time DUI arrest. However, the courts can be harsh even on first-time offenders. If you want to have your charges reduced or even dropped, you need to work with an Orange County DUI attorney who can help you contest your offense.
