Teen Wearing Breathalyzer Costume Arrested for DUI

This week, police say a 19-year-old man was wearing a breathalyzer costume was pulled over and cited for driving under the influence in Lincoln, Nebraska.

A local newspaper reports that the teenage, Matthew Nieveen, was also accused of being a minor in possession of alcohol, negligent driving and having an open container of alcohol in his motor vehicle.

On Monday morning, Nieveen was spotted by a local police officer because he was driving erratically.  Police say that prior to the officer stopping Nieveen, he had been at a Halloween party.
