Mike Williams Arrested for DUI with Breat Test Result od 0.065%

In Tampa, local news sources have reported that NFL football player Mike Williams did not attend practice after being arrested for DUI on Friday.  However, the lead coach for the Buccaneers said that Williams will be traveling to the team's next game.

When Williams was pulled over for driving under the influence, it was revealed that he had a blood alcohol level of 0.065%.  This is below the state's legal percent of 0.08.  Following his arrest, he was released after posting $500 bond.

Despite the breath test results, sheriff's spokesman Larry McKinnon said that law enforcement officers are allowed to conduct a DUI investigation if they believe there are signs of impairment and they can make a drunk driving arrest regardless of breath test or urine test results.
