that a red flag means they’re putting their business at risk. Be
completely honest about your DUI, but don’t dwell on it. Turn the
prospective employer’s attention to your commitment to making his
business successful, and show him that you’re worth taking a chance on.
If you are the best man or woman for the job and you have a strong work
ethic, it’s up to you to get the employer past his objections. Sure,
