If you have been convicted of a third DUI offense, the statutory minimum is a hundred and twenty days, up to one year in custody, with fines, alcohol education programs, a mothers against drunk driving panel meeting, the loss of the driver's license privilege requiring at a later point, an ignition interlock device gets placed on your car. If someone has been involved in an automobile accident or you refused to take a chemical test or you were driving an excess of twenty miles over the posted speed limit or you had someone who was in the car under the age of fourteen. There are additional enhancements and more penalties that could come because of those allegations.
