In a DUI defense, there is science related to breath and blood. There is physiology that's individual for every single person. What they suspect or assume that you were doing on one particular day, the day of your arrest, could vary from individual to individual even in a short period of time over the course of a few hours. And if you are not trained and how your body can be affected by the alcohol that you have consumed or drugs that you put in your system with that alcohol, an inexperienced practitioner, someone who is not familiar with DUI defense will not understand how those issues can be portrayed in court to help you win your case. Each person is affected by alcohol differently and how is police officer who has never met you before, going to know that you are the little lady that has one or two drinks and is going to be sitting on the side of the road or if you are a 360 pound man who has a six pack after every night after they come home.  Each case is individual and unless you have an experienced attorney who can help with the science related to those two very different people, you will not be well served in court. Our office trains other attorneys how to handle these cases. I know the science and I know the law. I go to seminars on a regular basis. I speak at seminars, on a regular basis so that I can get as much knowledge, experience and try new things.
