According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, last week a DUI crash resulted in the
death of four people and injured another eight. Gary Lee Hosey Jr. was accused of drunk driving in the accident that took four lives last week in Las Vegas. This man made his first court appearance this morning and will face his arraignment hearing this Friday, until he waits in jail without bail. The prosecution attorneys are waiting for more evidence to come in against the man at this time, blood tests and any other helpful medical information that might be needed.
Hosey’s defense attorney attempted to have him sent home while the arraignment hearing is pending thought he judge over his case would not allow for it. The accident happened last Thursday when Hosey was allegedly driving under the influence in his 2001 Chevy and his vehicle slammed into a bus while it was at the stop, going a suspected 100 mph. At the time of the impact, Hosey was also injured though not severely.
