DUI Accident Offender to Serve Years in Jail

A young man in Palm Beach, Florida faces several years behind bars for causing a fatal DUI accident. He should never have been behind the wheel of a car at all since he has never had a license.

Police were skeptical when he first told them that he did not have a license. However, a quick background check revealed that this was true. In fact, he had had three driving citations in the past, all of which proved that he had never applied for a license. This was the least of their worries since he was being arrested for killing one woman and injuring another on Christmas Eve.

The 23-year-old suspect now faces multiple charges including vehicular homicide, DUI manslaughter, driving without a license and DUI causing serious bodily injury. He is currently being held at a Palm Beach jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
