Woman Injures Children during DUI Accident

One woman injured not only her three children, but three of her friends' children in a drunk driving accident last week in Los Angeles.

Police reports show that the 31-year-old woman was driving her SUV on a busy road when she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle then flipped ejecting some of the children. All occupants suffered injuries, including the driver. A few days later four of the children were released from the hospital while two remain in medical facilities for addition treatment. The hospital revealed that while a 4-year-old girl is stable, a 22-month-old boy is in critical condition.

While the woman is still hospitalized, she has already been arrested for suspicion of DUI. She will be expected in court for her arraignment as soon as the doctors allow her to leave the hospital.
