Jaime Pressly Concerned with Image Post DUI

Although she is just one of many stars who have been arrested forDUI recently, Jaime Pressley seems to be very concerned about her image post-lockup.

The "My Name is Earl" star is too ashamed to speak with the public herself, making a statement instead through her attorney Rich Hutton. He told People Magazine that "She's concerned about how the arrest will affect her image because she feels this situation is unjustified -- It doesn't represent who she is."  He went on to say that Pressley is taking the DUI arrest seriously and is very upset about the whole situation.

However, his choice of words is now being criticized, particularly the word "unjustified." It is difficult to call her charge unjustified if police have evidence that she was driving intoxicated.  And according to police documents, Pressley did fail several field sobriety tests when officers pulled her over earlier this month on suspicion of drunken driving.
