School Bus Driver Pulled Over for Supected DUI

A school bus driver was pulled over in California when the empty bus he was operating was seen "weaving and running vehicles off the roadway." The driver, Lorna Gollihar, 39, works for the Turlock Unified School District. According to Superintendent Sonny DeMarto there were no students on the bus but Gollihar has been placed on leave.

When California Highway Patrol got the call they caught up with Gollihar going northbound on Highway 99.  She was found to have a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or more, according to the police report. Fortunately for the parents and students that were waiting at a Stockton speech tournament Gollihar was discovered to be under the influence before she arrived to pick them up that day.
