Man Stopped for DUI Urinated on Police Cruiser

According to the Associated Press, a man from Johnson City urinated on a police cruiser when an officer tried to stop him for driving under the influence. It is said that when 23-year-old Darinel Lopez Cruz was stopped by an officer from Johnson City at 3:30 AM on Sunday when he did the unthinkable.

Police say that they stopped Cruz because they saw him weaving in and out of a traffic lane.  An officer asked Cruz to submit to a field sobriety test and then placed him under arrest.  It was at that time that Cruz urinated on the cruiser.

Later, he was charged with DUI as well as indecent exposure.  He was held at the Washington County Detention Center and $4000 bond was ordered.
