“Deadliest Catch” Star Arrested for DUI

One of the men featured on “Deadliest Catch”, a popular reality TV show on the Discovery Channel, has been arrested on suspicion of  driving under the influence near Seattle.

Jake Harris, 24, was spotted driving his vehicle erratically. When officers asked him to submit to a breathalyzer test he refused. Officers then determined he was a suspect in a hit & run accident that occurred earlier in the evening. Harris was arrested and taken into custody, where he was later charged with DUI, hit and run, and driving with a suspended license.

Harris was driving his father’s vehicle at the time of his arrest. His father, Captain Phil Harris, recently passed away after suffering a stroke. Phil Harris also appeared on the Discovery Channel Show.
