A former reality TV star is facing DUI and other charges for driving under the influence with his son in the vehicle.
David Rainey, also known as "Puck" from season three of MTV's long-running "The Real World," was arrested March 20 following a DUI accident in Descanso, a city in San Diego County. Rainey was driving drunk when he lost control of his vehicle and veered off the road and rolled down an embankment.
Both Rainey and his son were flown to UCSD Medical Center, where Rainey was treated for serious injuries. Despite the severity of his injuries, a supervising nurse said Rainey is in good condition. His son Bogart was fortunate enough to only suffer minor injuries, and was released to his mother that same night.
Rainey has since been charged with DUI, child endangerment, and driving without a license.
